Lecturer: Russell Arnold, Mathematician at the Section for

Mathematics and Astronomy at the Goetheanum

The families of shapes known as path curves and path surfaces contain

a remarkable variety of forms found in living nature, as demonstrated by

Lawrence Edwards following the inspiration of George Adams. This talk will

look at the historical, mathematical and morphological context of these shapes.
